Main reason to update for me will be the performance! On my system, I get worse framerates with AS EDDH than I get with FT's EHAM or AS EDDF v2. So that's why I don't fly into or out of EDDH in P3D too often. When I was heavy into FSX, Aerosoft was the go too place fro Euro airports. I feel they have dropped the ball in recent times, and the new kids on the block like Pacsim and Justsim are leaving AS behind. In fact a good kick in the backside. AS Hamburg is just a makeover and still has fs9 code no doubt.

I am really looking forward to giving Justsim's rendition of EDDH a try!
Apr 24, 2012 - AEROSOFT - GERMAN AIRPORTS 3 2012 X (DOWNLOAD). EDHL LBC EDDT TXL EDDW BRE EDDH HAM. Are Hamburg, Bremen, Berlin-Tegel, Paderborn-Lippstadt and Luebeck.
I have many of their releases, and they all perform extremely good on my system. I can't really say why, but I'm not impressed with it so far.
If you got the Aerosoft version and haven't any problems with fps or vas, then I can't see any reason to update to JustSims version. It does come with SODE, but the moving jetways doesn't work for me, it says there's no available gates or something, I hope they fix that. As I mentioned, I'm a bit disappointed, don't know what I expected, but to me the screenshots on their homepage looks better than in the sim.
They stated quite clearly on simmarket, that moving SODE jetways will come as an update within the next 2 weeks.;-) AS EDDH was a stuttering nightmare on my system. This release is smooth as silk.
Hamburg Airport (IATA: HAM, ICAO: EDDH), known in German as Flughafen Hamburg 'Helmut Schmidt', is the international airport of Hamburg, the second-largest city in Germany. It is located 8.5 km (5.3 mi) north of the city center in the Fuhlsbuttel quarter and serves as a base for Germanwings, Condor and easyJet. Hamburg Airport is the fifth-busiest of Germany's commercial airports, measured by the number of passengers and counted 16,223,968 passengers and 160,904 aircraft movements in 2016 and is named after Helmut Schmidt. As of March 2016, it featured flights to 120 destinations of which three are long-haul routes to Dubai, Newark and Tehran. The airport is not to be confused with the nearby private Hamburg Finkenwerder Airport, where the Airbus factory site is located.
